Bang Na District Office

Today, Thursday, July 2nd, 11:00 AM, I went to change the house owner's name. The receptionist gave me very clear and helpful advice on what documents I needed. And the Channel 3 staff member who handled the process was also incredibly helpful and provided excellent advice. "Super fast service!" I'd give these two staff members a 15/10!

Today we went to get a new ID card because our identity verification failed. We want to say that at the Bang Na district office, it took less than 10 minutes to get the ID card. We really commend the kind abbot who provided excellent service.

Card processing is quick; we're open all day on Saturdays.

I called to inquire, and the first person spoke nicely but didn't know. Then, someone who did know answered, and they were very rude. Public service representatives should speak more politely.

Previously, I had processed the documents at another district office, but the documents were damaged during transit back to my hometown and needed to be redone. I had business at BITEC Bangna, so I decided to stop by the Bangna District Office. Upon entering, the front desk staff were helpful and friendly, especially the female officer. Later, they informed me that I needed to contact an officer at another desk, likely the registrar. 1. I explained the required documents to the registrar and mentioned that they recommended bringing a child to Bangkok to process the paperwork, but I'm currently unavailable due to long waiting lists and work commitments throughout the month. 2. I explained the power of attorney requirements to the officer. They stated the necessary documents, but I needed to bring my aunt's (who lives in another province) original ID card to be inserted into the registrar's machine as proof of authorization. After that, I was instructed to obtain a certified copy of the documents. After obtaining the copy, I decided to postpone the process to another district office until next week. I understand that supporting documents are required, but it was very sudden.
