A complete waste of time and money. Worst massage experience ever. I booked a foot massage expecting relaxation, but it was anything but that. The staff failed to provide even the most basic service, such as offering a blanket. Most disappointingly, instead of using proper manual techniques, the therapist spent the entire session scraping my feet and legs with a hard tool. It was incredibly painful, especially when it hit the bone, and not relaxing at all. To make matters worse, the elderly therapist was quite rude and unprofessional in her communication. Compared to the many other massage parlors I’ve visited, this place is far below standard. I left feeling frustrated and physically sore. Management seriously needs to retrain their staff on both technical skills and hospitality. I will definitely not be returning.

Pitta Aroma is a newly opened shop located in Soi Thap Boonchai. The service is good, the shop is beautiful and clean, and the atmosphere is great. The owner is helpful and provides good information. Importantly, it's not expensive. Come visit!

This is a new shop, which just opened in July. It's beautiful, clean, and the masseuses are excellent—kind, polite, and friendly. There's parking in front of the shop, and the prices are good.

I've been here twice. Last time I had a Thai massage, and this time I had an aromatherapy massage. The masseuse was amazing, and I really enjoyed the experience! I'll definitely go again! I highly recommend it! This place has only been open for two months.

The shop is beautiful, but the massage was extremely painful. I asked for a gentle massage, but the masseuse didn't budge at all. I regret spending my money and I'm very disappointed because the shop is beautiful. If the massage had been good, I would have been a regular customer, but after this experience, I'm never going back. I'm completely put off. I'm going back to The Room instead.
