We called to make an appointment before coming to the clinic. Upon arrival, we waited for about 10 minutes (which was fine because we arrived early). When the doctor finally came down, he said he was busy and couldn't take the appointment. We wasted our time traveling there and wasted time waiting. The clinic is unprofessional.
