I guess the shop collects money from customers before the massage because if customers go into the room and want a different type of massage, they can transfer the money to the masseuse themselves. I didn't come to verify if they offer any special massages because I didn't get that kind of massage. What I experienced was, I simply asked directly, "Why does the shop collect money from customers before the massage?" That's all it took. Once I went into the massage room, the counter staff (who were also masseuses in the shop) probably whispered to the masseuse who massaged me that I was a problematic person. The masseuse then massaged me terribly. This probably explains why previous reviewers had the exact same experience as me. Forcing customers to review on Google before the shop offers the 180 baht promotion isn't very fair, because I hadn't even used the service yet and didn't know the quality of the shop.
