This is my regular massage parlor; I've been going there for almost 5 years. The massages are excellent, very thorough, and the service is great. I highly recommend it.

From reading the comments, if they don't improve, they'll probably go bankrupt. Most of the problems are with the masseuses. They should hire people with good service minds, skilled masseuses, and good manners. Normally, they have a regular masseuse, but as soon as they changed masseuses, the massage was bad, and don't even get me started on their manners.

This is a truly authentic massage shop. The masseuses are highly skilled and experienced. The front desk staff are also very lovely, attentive, and provide excellent service. A perfect 10/10.

I'm a big massage lover, and this was my second time here, and it was terrible. I booked a 1.5-hour massage, but the masseuse was playing on her phone while massaging (using only one hand) from the start. I tolerated it, but she kept doing it until almost an hour later. So I asked to change it to an hour. It was a waste of time and money to pay for 1.5 hours. The massage itself wasn't even good (because she wasn't focusing on the client). She was massaging while using her phone. The shop needs to train its staff. I'm very disappointed and regret paying for it.

I'm not a fan. Home Pro is so nice and new but this feels old and run down. It wasn't a normal experience and the massage wasn't great... So with so many places in Bangkok this felt like a waste of my money. I think it needs to close and be rebuilt and reopen as a really nice spa It's located in the basement / bottom floor B1 Hope this helps

It was excellent. The massage hit the right spots, not just kneading. This is the real deal!
