Excellent service! The masseuse was very kind. It was so relaxing!

I visited the Sai Luat branch on June 20th, 2026, for a 2-hour Thai oil massage. I regret spending my money and was not impressed. It felt like they were stingy with the oil and the massage wasn't comprehensive; for example, my back, head, and shoulders weren't massaged. Normally, a 2-hour massage includes a full-body massage.

The aromatherapy massage was nothing like a real massage. They just applied the oil slowly and deliberately, just rubbing it on to get through the time. It wasn't relaxing at all; they didn't massage any pressure points. The facial and head massage was also done very slowly, applying and wiping the oil three times, to the point of being annoying. There was no massage or any specific feeling; it was just a series of slow, circular motions of applying and wiping cream. Even though I requested a neck, shoulder, and back massage, the staff said some people don't do it, but if they do, they'll allocate extra time. In reality, it was only about 2-3 minutes, and the two-hour session was over. I didn't feel any relaxation; it was just applying and wiping oil slowly, just to get it over with. There was no pressure applied or massaged at all. Furthermore, outside, the staff were watching videos on their phones very loudly, which didn't create a peaceful atmosphere at all, even though the private room itself was fine.

Terrible service. They were constantly on their phone, pressing buttons twice and then immediately switching to another phone. What kind of service is this? Absolutely speechless.

The three-hour massage covered my concerns, but they focused on the areas without problems instead. It was a full-body massage, but it felt like they only massaged my feet and legs. Towards the end of the session, they ignored my feedback and continued massaging my legs. I regret wasting my money.

The masseuse was excellent. The massage was so relaxing and enjoyable. I felt so much lighter afterwards. I've been here so many times I had to come back. The shop is clean, has a nice, pleasant scent, and the hot tea was delicious.

Good massage, hit the right spots, clean.
