I called to book a one-hour foot massage and a one-hour body massage. When I arrived and was already in the room, they called me out of bed because they wanted another client to give me a massage instead. It was terrible and I felt extremely disappointed. This has happened several times before, and I've always been able to relax in the room. It's upsetting that they call me out of bed when I'm already asleep. What's the point of booking an appointment in advance if this is how it works?
