The service staff is impressive, the place is clean, I always come here for my massages. The massages are good and hit the right spots, and if I'm not satisfied with the masseuse, I can change to a different one.

I recommend this shop to people in the Ratchaphruek area. The massage therapists are good.

The worst massage I've ever had in my life. It was like the masseuse had never been trained before, had no knowledge whatsoever, and couldn't even feel the pressure points properly; it was like a bone massage. I came here without reading the reviews beforehand, and many reviews said the same thing. Worst massage I’ve ever had. Complete waste of money.

Excellent service, great massage, and the shop is clean.

An elderly, skinny woman with her hair tied back and wearing a mask gave a terrible massage. It was like she was too lazy to massage properly; she just went through the motions to get it over with. There was no neck, shoulder, or upper back massage at all. After massaging my arms and legs, she went straight to my face without even washing her hands beforehand. Is that even acceptable? I was very unimpressed.

This was my first time using their service. The receptionist was very lovely and gave great recommendations. The massage therapists were amazing; they hit the right spots. The shop is clean and smells nice. There's parking in front of the shop behind Westville. It gets quite busy on weekends, the staff said it's best to book in advance. Oh, I almost forgot, the massage with therapist Hong was excellent. My husband had a massage with therapist Apple, and both had perfect pressure. I highly recommend this massage shop, the original Ratchaphruek massage parlor, it's the best!
