The staff provided excellent service and were very polite. The massage therapists were also very skilled and relaxing. I will definitely come back again.

The place is beautifully decorated 👍👍👍👍👍 However, the staff training regarding oil scent selection could be improved. The massage was average. My favorite part was the use of very thick towels on the massage bed. This is different from other spas I've been to. I liked how soft and nice the towels were. ✅✅ Exfoliation: I loved the coffee scrub; it was very satisfying. Overall: The place itself is excellent. There are also many massage rooms, which I appreciate. However, improvements could be made: Adding more spa-like scents, and training the staff on the sequence of scent selection, and including notes on which areas to avoid. (There seemed to be a lack of communication between the front desk and the therapists; I had to tell the therapist myself.) The welcome drink should be changed.🤣 After the spa treatment: It would be better to wait for the client to sit and wait before serving the tea and cookies. Instead, they were placed there, and the therapist pointed to where they were. (These are small service details that could be improved in my opinion.) ———- Why does this review sound like I dislike it? No, I don't. I just want to suggest improvements. Because I want to come back again 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷 Such a great place, it just needs someone to develop it further. It would be a shame to let it go to waste.
