This review is not intended to attack the guesthouse, but simply to reflect my actual experience after staying there and to hope the guesthouse will use this feedback to improve the experience for future guests. 1. Coordination Personally, I felt the coordination was quite slow. From transferring the money to requesting the booking confirmation, it took a considerable amount of time. Similarly, when inquiring about further details, I was mostly told to contact the housekeeper directly. This made me feel that the admin channel or Facebook page wasn't as helpful as it should have been. On the other hand, I must commend the housekeeper. They provided information and coordinated very well. Ultimately, we primarily communicated with them. Therefore, I would like to suggest that the guesthouse improve the speed of responses and customer service. 2. Condition of the Guesthouse and Swimming Pool The guesthouse and the overall project seem quite old, and the actual condition appears older than what is shown in the photos. The positive aspect is that the swimming pool is larger than expected and usable. However, both the large and small pools are quite deep, so they may not be suitable for very young children. Also, being an outdoor pool, leaves and insects constantly fall in. Additional preventative measures or maintenance would be very helpful. Another point I'd like to mention is that some of the life jackets were in poor condition. I believe this should be checked and replaced regularly, especially if young children are using them, as safety equipment is very important. On the day of my stay... 1. We reported the pool issue around 2-3 PM, but the team only arrived around 5 PM, causing a significant wait. Ultimately, we had to change our plans and go sightseeing instead of using the pool. 2. Air Conditioning and Cleanliness The air conditioning in the living room worked very well. However, the air conditioning in both bedrooms was slow to cool, especially the larger room which required using a fan from the living room to help it get cool. The smaller room had no fan and we found ants near the headboard. Also, the refrigerator was slow to cool. We would appreciate it if you could check the air conditioning, refrigerator, and overall cleanliness. 3. Lighting and Space The lighting in the living room worked well, but the lighting in the bedrooms and the back BBQ area was quite dim, making it inconvenient to use at night, especially around the BBQ table. Another point we'd like to mention is that the BBQ area is quite high from the ground, and there's some overgrown space on the side. This could lead to accidents, especially with young children. 4. Security Deposit This is the point that has been the most concerning to us. Our group understands and is willing to take responsibility for all damages incurred. On check-out day, we left the house at 11:44 AM and waited for the housekeeper to inspect the property. However, by almost noon, no one had come to inspect the damage. The guesthouse then informed us that we could check out and they would summarize the damages later. After leaving the guesthouse at approximately 2:45 PM, we still hadn't received any updates, so we called to follow up. We were informed that they would inspect the damage first. Then, at 6:06 PM, there was still no further update, so we called again and were informed that they hadn't inspected it yet. After that, a clear timeframe was given for the inspection to be completed by 8:00 PM. Around 6:25 PM, we received a call informing us of the damages and the amount to be deducted, which we willingly agreed to pay. Finally, we received our deposit back at 8:07 PM. I understand that the guesthouse may have its own procedures for inspection and processing, but if they could provide a clearer timeframe or expedite the process, it would make customers feel more at ease. Overall, the first impression was quite good, both the atmosphere and the house itself seemed promising. However, during our stay, there were several areas that could be improved, including the service, coordination, and the condition of the house. I hope the guesthouse will take this feedback into consideration for future improvements. 😊
The villa was terrible, old, and the pool was unclean. We had to ask them to clean it, and it took a long time for them to arrive. It should have been clean and ready to move in. The air conditioning didn't work; only the main room was cool, the bedrooms were hot as if the air conditioner wasn't on. The house was dirty and full of ants. The area for grilling food was dark with no light. It was difficult to contact them about the villa; they just told us to ask the housekeeper. The deposit was also delayed, and they didn't come to inspect the house at all. They should have inspected it after the guests checked out; we went sightseeing and they didn't come to inspect it until we were about to leave.
The accommodation wasn't worth the price. Check-in was at 2 PM, but they charged extra for checking in earlier. The air conditioner in the room was noisy and dripping water. They told us to check out before noon, but it was 11 AM and we were getting ready to leave. They kept pressuring us. We planned to check out at 11:30 AM to give ourselves time to check everything was in order, but they'd been there since a little after 11 AM and said they'd charge 100 baht per minute. ????? Is this normal? Being rushed after arriving is not impressive, not fun, nothing at all. The price was 8300 baht. The bed was very hard, the room looked old and not very clean. One time only!!!! It felt like we paid for a free stay. 🤨🚫🔴😒
I'd like to give an honest review based on my one previous stay. The guesthouse seemed unprepared for welcoming guests. The tables in the back where we had BBQ were uneven and the floor was very raised, which was dangerous if we fell. There were also ants all over the headboard. The air conditioning only worked in the main room; the bedrooms weren't cool at all. The swimming pool was very deep. The deposit refund was also delayed.
The price is 8,500 baht per house, with 10 people, which comes to 850 baht per person. However, the quality is terrible. I'd rate it at 450 baht per person for what I received. 1. The village's entry management is poor. They don't notify the security guard of who booked the room or what the license plate number is. Two cars come, but only one is allowed in. You have to inform the homeowner and then the management. The management then informs the security guard, which is very difficult. 2. The condition of the house is terrible. The door is broken, and the pool floor tiles are falling off. 3. The bathroom has no place to hang clothes. They have to place them on the sink. The tiles are stained with black mold. At this price, they should be clean. 4. The bed is small. For 10 people, we have to sleep on the floor, which hurts our backs. At 850 baht per person, we have to sleep on the floor. Hotel-grade bedsheets cost 350 baht per night with cartoon designs. Only one small blanket per bed. How are 10 people supposed to cover themselves? 5. The wardrobe is old, has no mirror, no chair. Most importantly, why lock the closet? If 10 people come, there's no place to put clothes. We have to put our bags on the floor. I had to hang the clothes over my bag, with no place to hang them. #Opened the closet and, oh my, there was a vacuum cleaner, a broken clothes rack, and a plastic bag containing a blanket. 6. If you use plates, bowls, and glasses, you have to wash them yourself. If you don't, you'll be fined 500-1,000 baht. 7. The sofa is broken, sagging, and has stitches. If you accidentally sit on it, you'll definitely get stabbed in the butt. In short, it's not worth the price. This is an honest review. If it's not good, I'll say it's not good. If it's good, I'll praise it to the max.
We brought our family to stay at this family-style pool villa. The atmosphere was great, perfect for a warm family vacation. The bedsheets had a cute pattern that the kids loved and wanted to take home! 😂 The air conditioning was perfectly cool, and the house was spotlessly clean and fresh. Overall, we loved it and will definitely come back again next time! 😍🥰
Starting with the house: This is the worst vacation home I've ever found. The maintenance and repairs are terrible. The pictures posted online are completely different from what I saw. One bedroom door was broken and poorly repaired. All the doors slam shut noisily. The lighting is very dim, especially around the pool table. The sofa has almost no cushioning; you can feel the springs when you sit on it, making it very uncomfortable. The caretaker: Upon arrival, they were only concerned about whether the items in the house would be damaged. Before they could even properly check, they pointed out that something was missing. However, when guests forgot to pack up some items, they remained silent. They didn't say anything about what was left unpacked. They just let guests forget things without caring. The service was very unimpressive. Now for the positives: The village is nice, quiet, and not crowded. The house has a decent amount of space and parking for one car inside. It's easy to get to the house and close to Jomtien Beach. Kitchen equipment is provided, including dining tables and chairs both inside and outside. There's a BBQ grill and an ice bucket, but no charcoal or ice is provided initially; you have to buy it yourself. Compared to other vacation homes I've stayed at, this usually provides everything for free initially, and you can order more if needed. Swimming pool: Many tiles are loose, and there's a lack of maintenance. I got a cut on my foot while swimming. I'm on vacation and still got injured! The swimming pool has a shallow area for children and a larger pool, though not huge, with moderate depth because it's a long, narrow pool. It can get crowded if many people are swimming. I informed the housekeeper before checking out. Although they said they had reported the pool repairs, it's advisable to check if the maintenance has been completed before staying at this villa so you can swim without worry.
This vacation home is perfect for small families of up to 8 people. It's a minimalist-style house with a warm atmosphere, featuring a BBQ area, a swimming pool that's neither too small nor too large (suitable for 7-8 people), and a …
Beautiful place, clean, safe, inexpensive, good service, and close to the sea.
