I was shocked. I requested a 2-hour oil massage for 500B as part of a promotion, but they finished after 1 hour and told me the rest would be a foot massage. I thought that wasn't what we agreed on, but since the full oil massage was finished in 1 hour, I didn't want another hour, so I agreed to the foot massage. Incidentally, the foot massage was a 2-hour promotion for 350B. When it was all over and I went to pay, they said the regular price was 300B for the 1-hour oil massage and 200B for the 1-hour foot massage, totaling 500B. Isn't that strange? If that's the case, the 1-hour oil massage should be half of 500B (250B), and the foot massage should be half of 350B (175B), totaling 425B. The shop made a mistake. It's a shame that my last massage in Pattaya ended on such a bad note, especially since the massage itself was otherwise good.

This is the worst. Just go somewhere else. If you don't want a massage, find something else to do. I made it obvious that I didn't want to do it, and I didn't even ask for it to be hard, but since I was tired, she only used her elbows from beginning to end. It hurt so much that I couldn't take it anymore, so I stopped and left. This is the first time I've stopped getting a massage since I came to Thailand. Don't be fooled by promotions. They're all old, so they don't really welcome customers for 2 hours.

Relaxing music, thorough professional (no funny business) masseuse, properly uses pressure to work knots built up out. No funny business fairly priced and gives you the full hour. I could have fallen asleep as so tranquil and felt years younger and stress removed.

I visited in 2013, 2016, 2018, and now I'm coming again in 2026. Time flies! The first time I came, they only had menus in English, Thai, Korean, and Chinese. I even asked the owner why there wasn't a Chinese menu. But they did in 2016. This year, a new high-rise building has been built in front of the place, and I couldn't find it anywhere. Luckily, I took a picture back then and found it using Google Maps.

The service was disappointing. We booked for 1 hr foot massage, and they just gave us 45 mins. The massage was average. My bf asked for stronger massage and the lady liked complaining or even body shaming of my muscle bf. I wud give 1 star, but my bf didnt allow me to, so 2 stars.

I booked a 1-hour foot massage, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The masseuse didn’t massage very well, and the staff were talking loudly throughout the session, which made it difficult to relax. I also felt that they were not very welcoming toward Thai customers. I hope the service improves, as the atmosphere could have been much better.

Dear owner of Panna Massage, I would like to complain about the terrible service from the staff. There was no introduction or recommendation of massages at the front desk; they seemed unwilling to welcome Thai people. The massage itself was also very poor; it was awful. They talked loudly to each other for the entire hour, shouting at each other. After the massage, I gave them a 50 baht tip, and they showed displeasure. Based on my experience, this massage shop is terrible 😒👎👎👎! I do not recommend coming here.

A good massage, the only downside is the towels are a bit dated.

The massage level was average. The problem lies in the customer service. When I entered, the atmosphere was welcoming and the masseuse was smiling. What bothered me was that from the start of the massage, she was constantly talking to the person next to her. Worst of all, when I gave her a tip along with the payment at the end, she didn't seem to like the amount, didn't say thank you, and didn't even give me my shoes. Unfortunately, I felt that they didn't understand what tips are for. There are plenty of places where you can get a much better massage and better customer service for the same price, including the tip, so I will never go back here again.
