Even when walking or driving past, the ladies insult you in Thai. That says a lot about the location and the behavior towards customers and interested parties. I prefer the Thai way of being nice, where you are greeted and treated in a friendly manner.

Had a foot massage, standard 200b. I asked if she could use a bit of tiger balm and she wanted to charge me an extra 100b. I declined and didn’t give her the normal 100b tip. I’ve been to many Aree massage shops and this is the first time I’ve ever been asked to pay extra for tiger balm.

Went to Aree Massage recently. While I was checking the prices, the staff were talking among themselves in Thai and mentioned that I’m Indian, which felt a bit awkward. I initially asked for a soft Thai massage for 200, but the masseuse suggested an oil massage for 300 instead, so I went with that. The massage itself was good and relaxing, but it lasted only around 50 minutes. Overall okay, but clearer communication and proper timing would make it better.

I stopped by while passing by. My husband went to Rock Factory, so I went for a massage. Is it a new place? The bright lighting and high ceilings were great. It was a little late, but the place was busy and I felt at ease.
