The room is newly renovated. Good condition. Well-maintained bathroom and soft bed. Nice balcony with swimming pool view. Green atmosphere. It’s very close to Jomtien night market. Staffs here are friendly and helpful, especially ZiShan who help us carrying our belongings and sent us to our room. Would love to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay at Pooh Beach Resort & Spa. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The service was excellent, and the view was absolutely beautiful. A special thank you to SI THU, KYAW KYI, and Bali Hai Pier for their outstanding hospitality, kindness, and exceptional service. They were always helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this resort and would definitely love to come back again!

I was there at the beginning of January. What's striking is that for the past week, a lot of 5-star reviews have been appearing, and almost all of them mention the names of the staff! ;O)) My review as follow: For me NOT 4 Star (Agoda and Booking rated 5 Star) maybe 3 Start been realistic ! Even while I entered the Hotel I see quite dirty door and no service for open door or welcome in front area. The Pool Restaurant looks like closed and for an orange juice I have to wait 15 minutes (I was the only guest there). Finaly the juice is real fresh orange - good ! The Check in at 14 h... was a mess. Only one guy at reception working and a long waiting queue for aprox 30 minutes. When we finaly arrived at room at 14:45 the half noon was past ! This very bad ! The stairways and also the bathroom looks like came from the 80's. Smallest shower I ever saw at a hotel room with an old, heavy used shower curtain. The hotel is at the end of a bar street. So good acces for drink a beer or find some food etc. outside. The breakfast is a bit indian and muslim style and also far away a 4-5 Star. At the check out day, the room maid knock the door at 9:30 already for clean up... This place is NOT my recommendation !!!

Nice hotel but never anyone at the pool bar to get drinks so we had to keep going to 7 11. Xould have had member of staff offering refreshments around the pool or at least some snack menus. It was very untidy around the pool areas and in need of some tlc But great location and lovely room a little but more care and this could be 5*

A great stay in a lovely hotel. All the staff are brilliant here, very friendly and will help you with anything. I found the breakfast good. The room was very big. Pools are great and get sun all day. The beach is only a few minutes walk away. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by too. No complaints at all from me, would certainly come back again 👌

This stay was extremely disappointing due to poor room arrangements and unprofessional service. On the first day, we were assigned two rooms on the 5th floor, but the elevator in that building was out of order. Guests had to climb five flights of stairs, and there was no clear repair timeline—basically “indefinite,” which is unacceptable. Later, we were moved to two ground-floor rooms in another building. The rooms were slightly better, but one room had a serious air-conditioner water leak. We had to repeatedly urge the front desk to arrange maintenance. I called the front desk twice from the room, and the staff gave vague, dismissive responses, insisting someone was coming. After waiting about 30 minutes, I went to the front desk in person to ask how much longer it would take. The staff member told me to “wait a bit more” because the technician was still eating. Even after I pointed out we had already waited over 30 minutes, the staff continued to brush it off—only after I expressed my frustration did they finally send someone to the room. On top of that, there was no air conditioning throughout most of the hotel area (breakfast venue, recreational facilities, and corridors), and there were many mosquitoes/insects. To make matters worse, the parking lot security guard was also very rude. Even though there were plenty of empty spaces, he insisted that I park only where he pointed. When I asked in simple English whether I could keep my car in the original spot, he responded with a bad attitude and could not explain in English why I wasn’t allowed to park there. The whole interaction felt like we were talking past each other and it was extremely frustrating. Overall, the hotel is poorly managed, uncomfortable, and the service is not reliable. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

100% worth for the money! Amazing swimming pool and very clean, relaxing environment. Staff are very friendly and provide excellent customer service. Just a short walking distance to Jomtien Beach. Food is very tasty and enjoyable. They also provided a beautiful romantic decor, which made the stay even more special. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in Pattaya.

I got a good deal so for a very fair price I got two days of full enjoyment. Good rooms, nice pools, luxury atmosphere. And the service is very warm and proficient. Harry helped us a lot and made sure we would enjoy our stay.
