I went for a massage yesterday. Previously, the service was excellent. They offered warm water for soaking my feet, but now, when I went in, the staff didn't want to talk to me. They made me wear the same clothes the previous customer had worn, with the inside seams facing outward. They were very large, and the buttons on the heads were folded up and ready for the new customer. When I commented that the clothes were too big, the staff wouldn't change them for me, just letting me wear them. It was terrible. The massage technique was strange, so strange that it shouldn't make a customer want to come back for a massage. It was something like the staff stole money from the customer. Massage for only half an hour, charged a high price, so the customer complained because they didn't feel it was worth the price paid. The staff didn't listen and instead attacked the customer instead of explaining. The staff claimed to be the owner. When the picture on the license didn't show the owner's face, they said they were a partner, saying that the customer wanted to use the service for free. The staff were a pack of dogs, providing impartial service, and not caring about the customer. If Khun Kae, the owner, doesn't improve, the service continues to be bad, and keeps a lot of staff to chase away customers like this, please consider this. Before Covid, I came often, now I probably won't go back. It's really disgusting.

My back is aching so much after the massage. My boyfriend is in a lot of pain; he can't even bend over. The masseur was like someone who doesn't know how to massage, just going through the motions to fill the time. They only massaged my right shoulder blade for almost half an hour. Now I can't move it. It used to just hurt my neck, shoulders, and upper back, but now the inflammation has spread to my right shoulder and right shoulder blade. I wonder if the masseurs have any individual licenses or training certificates. The changing clothes were very old, and the room was hot. The fan and air conditioner were designed to keep the masseurs cool while the clients were hot.
