Savanna Health Massage (Prima)

The aromatherapy massage was a very comfortable experience. The masseuse and the receptionist both speak Chinese, and they provided very friendly service!

We just had a massage at this salon. It's not the first we've been to, so we have something to compare it to. The treatment from the moment we paid was terrible (at first we blamed it on the language barrier, but it wasn't). The "Thai massage with balm" was half-hearted, as if the masseuse thought she'd fall asleep. She didn't want to exert herself, and she didn't even finish a quarter of the way through. The standard Thai massage was nothing more than a "stroking" with rough hands. The owner warned the masseuses that we declined the more expensive second massage, so we shouldn't do the back massage at all (though a standard Thai massage doesn't include balm. It does include a full-body massage). I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This lady in white wearing spectacle told us to wait 30 minutes and ask us to sit down outside the shop. My dad was sitting outside while we go and get drinks. Once we’re back, they told us to wait another 30 minutes while letting a bunch of 7 people in first instead of us. After we confront her, she said that she have a lot of people so she keep asking us to wait 30 minutes after 30 minutes. If you think you can’t let us in 30 minutes then don’t say 30 minutes and ask us to wait another 30 minutes sitting outside the bench. The weather is so hot! She was so rude and no apologies. Basically just tell us she don’t care blah blah. What kind of business or people are you hiring? Just because we are foreigners, we’re not shown the respect? Bullshit! Not even an apology. If she’s the owner, I hope your business close down.

The owner speaks Chinese and is indeed very skilled. The 1.5-hour massage, covering my head, shoulders, and neck, was extremely comfortable. I stayed in Prima for three days and had massages every single day. It was fantastic, highly recommended!

Do Not Visit. This massage parlour is a scam. They charged us for 1 hour foot massage 200 bhat. Then after 30 minutes said its over. And rude behaviour.

Paid for foot massage for 1 hour. After 30 mins , staff said massage is over because we did different massage which is of 30 mins. Totally unprofessional behaviour of the staff.
