I got my nails done at the Ban Chang branch yesterday. The employee's name was Kratae. She was very cute and provided excellent service. She was meticulous in her work and had a lovely manner. I wish there were more employees like her. She recommended and chose colors that perfectly matched my preferences. Please pass on my compliments to her so she'll be encouraged in her work. It's rare to find employees who are so attentive to customers and do such meticulous work. She was incredibly polite and courteous. I'll definitely be a regular customer and will visit her regularly.
