One of the best Studio for learning Sound Healing classes. Last week I took a sound healing class with Svetlana and her amazing team. It was really inspiring and truly amazing how she introduced all the sound healing instruments for the beginners and advance level students. how to use them on different types of healing and relaxation. How to combine all the healing instruments. Even though I am a singing bowl seller since 2000 with lots of knowledge about singing bowls and all healing techniques from bowls. I found Shantika is the suitable school for beginners and advanced level . A beautiful space with classes in sound healing as well as public and private sound bath opportunities with amazing teachers and practitioners. I took the 3-day intro to sound healing class. Lana is an amazing teacher. She has so much information, relays so much knowledge but also is experiential - we were received a sound bath from her and the other amazing staff. We also learned various instruments with a focus on the gong, tibetian bowls, and many other instruments. We then got to play for the other half of the class in both a teacher directed (day one) and self-directed (day 3) sessions. I loved it, learned so much, felt very relaxed yet energized and met some amazing people from around the world.

Amazing sound healing space with the most welcoming and magical community! The training I attended was super comprehensive, inspiring, interactive, practical, and trauma-informed. A rare space in Bangkok for such an immersive experience. There is so much heart and light here, and I hold this experience close to my heart. The workshop in Bangkok led by Lana and her team was incredibly enriching. Prior to this, I had only experienced sound healing through group sessions as a receiver. The team is welcoming, knowledgeable, humble, and exceptionally kind and supportive. The space created—both in time and environment—felt safe and conducive to learning. The experience never felt rushed, even though the workshop is in-depth. I have done many holistic trainings in my life, but the sound healing training at Shantika was the best so far. From the very beginning, I felt welcome. I had a very good experience at Shantika Healing. Learned many instruments and how to blend them beautifully in a healing session. I also personally enjoyed Lana’s sound healing sessions, which were inspiring and deeply healing, Warm atmosphere and very supportive teaching.
