I came to use the free Black Stone treatment as advertised by the clinic on Facebook. The service was good during the spa session. However, after the treatment, I felt uncomfortable with the salesperson, a transgender woman, who aggressively tried to sell me a course in a private room. I declined, saying I wasn't interested in buying anything, but she showed displeasure and acted rudely towards me. She also asked for copies of my ID card and credit card details. I recommend anyone who receives this information to block their card and get a new one immediately. She claimed it was clinic policy, but I felt very uncomfortable with this and considered it a very unacceptable marketing strategy.
The hot stone spa was okay. It felt like lying down while they scrubbed and massaged me with warm water. The actual massage was 45 minutes. But as other comments mentioned, the hard-selling was extremely aggressive and annoying. They took me to a separate room. The first salesperson talked for almost 5 minutes. When I said I wasn't interested, a second person came in and talked for ages, telling a lot of storytelling and completely ignoring my facial expressions. I tried to cut them off several times, but they wouldn't listen. The price is as others have mentioned; judge for yourself.
I came for a volcanic stone spa treatment. The staff were very attentive and gave great advice. It was very relaxing; I got a body scrub and massage at the same time. However, I felt a bit tired afterwards, like I'd just exercised. The clinic was clean and the service was good. They might have been a bit pushy with sales, but the staff were very helpful. Thank you! 😊
I went for a volcanic stone spa treatment and was supposed to get a complimentary facial. The sales pitch and the actual treatment were completely different. If they hadn't promised, I wouldn't have gotten what they advertised. (They said a laser treatment was included, but it was just a regular face mask.) ... I felt very uncomfortable there, both because of the stones (I'm not sure if they were clean) and because of the sales staff!!!!!!!!! They will approach you and talk to you every chance they get. You won't be able to relax and unwind, but instead will be forced to listen to them talking non-stop to get you to buy other courses. They also constantly ask for your credit card. It was very, very unpleasant. :(
I tried a spa treatment using volcanic stones from Japan for the first time and it was amazing! It's a different kind of health therapy that helps with sleep and improves blood circulation. The service at the shop was excellent.
When buying any service, haggle a lot! Divide the price by 10 or 100! Because they set their prices ridiculously high for mediocre service. You'd need to buy 4-5 packages to get the same quality as other places that offered it in a single package. It seems like the price is already discounted, but they can lower it even further. No wonder people in this business get so rich!
Today I had Pico laser treatment and I have to say I was impressed from the moment I stepped into the clinic. All the staff were so lovely and provided excellent service. They performed the procedure with incredible detail, explaining every step of the process, even telling me what creams to apply. It was a truly heartwarming experience. 🥰
I'm willing to give up. It's expensive, and I'm annoyed by the sales staff who are not considerate. I haven't even used up the first course yet, and they keep selling more until I'm feeling depressed. I'm going to relax and scrub my body, and they keep selling other products. And each one is very expensive. I decided not to continue, and I'm willing to give up.
The saleswoman, who was a transgender woman, was incredibly rude. We tried her service today. Saleswoman 1 approached us trying to sell a course. When we declined the special offer, she walked away. Saleswoman 2 then came in and continued …
I asked for time to decide before buying. The staff acted displeased. The advertising was misleading. They showed pictures of unbelievable results. I'm not stupid, I eat rice! I will tell all my relatives and acquaintances not to use this place. It's terrible.
