I came because of the good reviews and it's close to home, but I think I got a masseuse with very heavy hands. I asked for a light massage about 4-5 times, but it still wasn't gentle. The head massage was incredibly hard. I came home with a terrible headache. I don't understand why they would massage so hard... And during the head massage, they also massaged my face, but they were stroking downwards very hard, so hard that I told them to stop because I could feel my skin sagging. It wasn't okay at all.
