Relax Time Massage & Scrub (Seacon Square)

It's clean and bright. The environment is calming. My 1.5 foot rubbing, not massage, was far from what I expected. They really need to train their workers. Even after requesting for stronger massage, the foot rubbing continues. If there's a next time, I'll request for a male with hopefully stronger arms to do my foot massage. In any case. I did rest for an hour on a comfortable chair.

The worst massage quality

This was my first time trying a 30-minute neck, shoulder, and back massage for 250฿, which I think is expensive. The masseuse gave a good pressure and had a good rhythm. I didn't book in advance; I just walked in and saw an available massage.

I just had a neck, shoulder, and back massage today, and I was very unimpressed. The masseuse was grumpy, didn't explain anything when she arrived, didn't even ask if I wanted a heavy or light massage. She just massaged and squeezed without any explanation. She even put a towel over my head, treating me like I was asking for a free massage. Please improve your masseuses. This is my third time using your service. I tried other places before, but the masseuses were all bad. The first time, I had a Thai massage, and the masseuse wasn't Thai; she couldn't find the right pressure points. The second time, I had a foot massage, and the masseuse wasn't Thai either, and she couldn't find the right pressure points. This time, even though it was a Thai masseuse, the service was terrible. It's ruining the brand's reputation. I'm even afraid to try other branches after this experience.

Excellent massage at a great price. During the 60 minutes, the tense muscles are worked on, and you feel absolutely wonderful afterward. I could choose whether the massage was done in a chair or on a massage table on the floor. For the floor option, you can wear loose-fitting trousers and a top. All in all, highly recommended.

The full body scrub didn't include the upper face, shoulders, stomach, or waist 😢 There was no after-shower lotion. There should be a dressing table or a place to put clients' belongings, and the scrubbing/aromatherapy massage bed should have a hole for resting the face, as this completely flat bed causes neck pain. However, the staff were polite.

I totally agree about the long wait for the masseuse. I can confirm that. I waited so long I thought they'd forgotten about me. When the masseuse finally arrived, I don't know if she was tired or inexperienced, but the masseuse, who was a bit overweight, had absolutely no strength. She kept sighing while massaging. As her strength wore off, she started using her thumb to press, which was incredibly painful. And she wasn't even pressing the right spots. Her body movements were weak; she could barely twist or bend my back with any force. I almost asked her to stop, but I didn't want to waste the money, as the massage was quite expensive. After the massage, I wondered if I should tip her, since the massage was awful. But since she was waiting, I decided to. And she had such a grumpy face. Honestly, for a massage at this price point, especially in a mall, the service should be much better than at a roadside parlor. This was completely disappointing – both in terms of manners and experience. I wish the salon would screen its staff more carefully.
