I've had massages many times, but this time was enough. I had a two-hour massage, and the masseuse wasn't old, but she cheated on the time, shortchanging me by 15 minutes. She didn't give me the full time, which was very disrespectful. I'm done with this place. The owner should train their staff on time management.

I've used their services many times over the years, but I never expected something like this to happen. My girlfriend and I called to book an appointment and asked if they had a masseuse available. The masseuse on the phone asked how many hours we wanted. We explained that we wanted 1.5 to 2 hours, and would check the situation on-site. The masseuse kept asking how many hours we wanted. So we told her we'd decide at the shop. We arrived at the shop in less than 5 minutes. After waiting, we found other masseuses waiting outside. I was confused why they didn't inform the available masseuses that we had arrived. No one came out to greet us. We had to open the door and ask the masseuse if we could get a massage right away since we had booked by phone. The masseuse came out looking annoyed. She asked how many hours we wanted. I said I wanted to choose a massage first. In the end, we said we wanted a 1-hour massage for two people. She said she could only massage one person because the other person was already booked. She also questioned why she kept asking how many hours we wanted when we had already explained we wanted two people. Instead of telling us how many people and how many hours she could massage, she just kept asking. And there was also a team of doctors at the shop who seemed to be causing problems, as if I were the one being problematic. They were disrespectful to the customers. I was a customer and I recommended this place to others, but I never expected this because this was the shop I trusted the most. If the owner sees this post and wants to clarify, please contact me; I'm ready to explain.

I liked it very much. The masseuse was skilled and the massage was excellent. I was very impressed.

The service at the shop is excellent. The atmosphere inside is very clean, with no musty smell at all. The restrooms, in particular, are very clean. However, it's recommended to call and book an appointment in advance, as walk-ins may have to wait a long time. There is parking available in front of the shop or across the street.
