The Pool Resort

It was terrible! One of the worst hotels I've ever lived in! The room is all moldy, dirty, all tattered, shabby, there are no light bulbs in the lamps, there are no sockets near the beds, the windows are dirty, the pool is dirty! Dear owners, please close your hotel for a month and put it in order! what is happening now is simply not acceptable! Or just close the hotel, disgusting! only location is good!

Bad smells in the room and can’t open the curtain because another rooms are opposite side directly can see each other rooms. No privacy at all. There is no other windows too. Have to close the curtain always.

This was close to the jay chou concert, the pool in the center of the hotel was fun

Incredible experience at The Pool Resort. After a medical emergency cause us to be stuck in Thailand for a few days, we needed to find a hotel close to the hospital to make visits easier. This was the closest one listed and was priced well. Although the staff could not speak english and we could not speak thai, the stay was still remarkable. The staff are incredibly helpful and very kind. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel. There are drinks and noodles available at reception, and bottles of water are provided for free during your stay.

Reasonable Price and good to stay. but a little bit of noise comes out, not sounds proud 🥲
