This Mercedes Benz dealer is recommended if you are looking for professional service for pre-sales and after sales service. They provide: 1- Many choices of models with full option of maintenance service and warranty. 2- Test drive 3- Professional customer service and the lounge for waiting area 4- Home delivery service for maintenance 5- Large and convenient showroom 6- Professional staffs and full maintenance service e.g. color, engines, air condition, electrical control system.
The new service area is quite impressive. The food and beverages are much better than the old set up. Impressed with the attentiveness of the service personnels in this area. The overall experience made the long wait more pleasing than ever before.
All the services are highly recommended. It would be even better if there were a Chinese-speaking staff member available to communicate. 😊 …
Very good service, the place was clean, the staffs were professional. Both food and beverage were high quality, I personally love the orange juice, it came with pulps :) Highly recommended!!

They always have a good service, really nice staff, and well arranged queqe. The waiting zone is also comfy and completed with a snack bar which would help you a lot in early morning.
We have recieved our new MB350GLC today. Khun Kwan, our sale associate has been greatly supportive. She listened to our requirements with patience and handled sale throughout delivery process professionally. Well done TTC motor and Khun Kwan!
The lounge for customers who bring the car for service is very nice with light music and video about the car new technology, food are plentiful, especially if come early morning, hot congee is served. Excellent lounge
