💬 What reviewers say
The body scrub and aromatherapy massage with therapist Aitim were excellent. The scrub cleaned every nook and cranny, and the aromatherapy massage was amazing with soft hands. 5 stars!
I used to go for massages there many times, very frequently actually, almost every week. But lately I haven't been going because this current group of masseuses talks very loudly and disturbs customers. They spend half the hour of a one-hour massage talking, preventing me from sleeping and ruining my mood. I'm thinking that if they don't improve or change this group of masseuses, I might not go again. (The old group was much better than this one, which is why I went so often.) If they improve, I'll add more stars to my review.
Experience and professionals
I went for a two-hour massage. But the masseuse was glued to her phone watching Chinese dramas the whole time. She kept watching while massaging. So, the massage was only one hour long. The shop lost a customer and the customer wasted a lot of time. The masseuse was small and had a high bun.
The masseuses were talking loudly and very disturbing. They talked about personal matters during the massage, the atmosphere was loud and there was no peace and quiet. Normally, during a massage, the curtains must be closed to maintain privacy for the customers. But when the curtains were open, both the masseuse and the masseuse walked over to talk. It was normal for both the masseuse and other customers to walk back and forth without closing the curtains. In the case of a female customer lying down for a massage, it looked even worse because she lifted her legs while massaging. I would like this to be improved.
The staff were talking very loudly. When someone wasn't there, they would come over and chat, not about work at all, just gossiping about nonsense. They were talking at full volume, showing no consideration for customers. The curtains weren't closed, they walked around and talked from the front of the shop to the back. There was absolutely no privacy. I couldn't sleep while trying to relax; I could hear everything everyone else was saying. Excuse me, I came here to relax, not to listen to everyone's lives. I've been here twice and experienced this both times. They really need to retrain their staff. A massage shop isn't a place for talking. Customers shouldn't be loud, and even less should the staff. It's somewhat acceptable if customers are inconsiderate of other customers, but a staff member showing no consideration for customers is completely unacceptable.
Always love and care
The shop is clean, and the masseuses are amazing! I'd give them 100 out of 10! The massage is 200 baht per hour, which is very affordable. Highly recommended! Masseuse Kratai is the best!
