Just visited them a couple of times to buy a new car and we were very well taken care of by the Toyota Buzz staff. The service was excellent and the shop itself is quite spacious. I had already booked appointments in advance so everything worked very efficiently!

Toyota Buzz Serithai offers poor quality service and their employee including cashier, technician, customer service employee and even their head of showroom(MR. Wanasak Jansak วรรณศัก จรรสัก) shows little care to their customers. This is because they have a large showroom that shows many cars and attracts many customers, but none will buy from Toyota buzz if they knew how poor of a service and attitude this showroom offers. The company's car was serviced here recently, and the showroom charges over 800B for inspection fees, however, after one day of inspection, the showroom called to retrieve the car, however the car still had issues. Why didn't the technician check the car before they call the customer? What a waste of time, how can they charge customer for inspection fee if they don't inspect properly? For anyone looking to buy a car from this showroom, look elsewhere because they don't care about customers. This might be because they are a large authorized dealer of a world class brand, but offer a low class service attitude that will deter customers from ever stepping inside.

Overall its a nice place with great service but you need to be strong. There are many opportunities to upsell and they will put effort into getting you to spend more. I guess they have KPIs to meet. The problem is some offers are quite good. So you should go with a clear mind. Do your homework. Don't get rush into getting more services or buying things.

Poor service. A staff at call centre made a morning reservation for me and told me that it would take 1-2 hours for maintenance service. But when I arrived, I had to wait more than 30 minutes before getting registration. Then, I was informed that there were so many cars waiting on that day and my car will be finished the maintenance around 4-5pm.

I have had a very good service and I just sitting and relaxing during the car check up, there's various types of self-serve snacks, made me feel like home.

One of the best Toyota dealership in Bangkok with very helpful staff that provides great service from start to finish. Always a great experience when visiting this location.

This place is superb. It is very cosy and confortable. You can relax and you'll never get bored while waiting for your car or appointments finished.

You booking system is terrible, booked service 9.30am but still need to wait more than 1 hour and yet to get the document

Good in some servicing, but comfortable in waiting zone with snacks and drinks.

After-sales service is very poor, not recommend.
