We've been regular customers at this salon for a long time because it's close to home and seems trustworthy. We've never had any problems before. However, on our last visit, we showed the technician a reference picture, and she assured us she could do it. But the result was completely different from what we chose. The nail shape was different from our reference, and the 3D nail art looked like it was applied with glue gun – as you can see in the picture. The pearls were ruined, and the white bits were peeling off as soon as we left the salon. The salon charged 150 baht per finger for the 3D art, separate from the gel polish. I don't know if this is a typical price at other salons, but I would have paid more for a better result. We informed the salon the next day about the fact that it was completely different and unattractive. They were helpful and said we could come back for a fix, but noted that they only offer a 7-day guarantee, which isn't convenient for those who don't have the time. Please consider this before making a decision. Edited: Yes, the salon adheres very strictly to its 7-day guarantee. That's why I mentioned that if you don't have the time to get your nails fixed, you should think twice, as professional nail services take time. Personally, I did not use the repair service. (I did not request the service.)

To be honest, I've been to many spas, but this is the first time I've seen them seal all the equipment in sterilized bags. Everything looks very clean, and I don't know if they share tools with other customers. They also don't use a grinder …
