Good Service

Hand and foot spa, including nail polish and trimming. The staff are very helpful. The spa treatment here leaves my skin looking radiant, and the nail serum is excellent. I'm very satisfied.

The salon is constantly overbooked. We booked an appointment before coming in. Instead of getting our hands and feet done, they only did our hands and said we had to wait another hour for our feet. I mean, doing hands and feet at the same time wouldn't take that much extra time, since they still need to wrap and apply the nail polish. And the technician said something like, "We're kind of letting you squeeze in the queue." (??) If they weren't available, they could have just said so, and we could have gone to another salon. And the condition of my nails is as pictured. They didn't apply any nail conditioner, top coat, or even rinse them off. They didn't even ask if I wanted them trimmed. I was just a last-minute queue visitor; I was already grateful they just rinsed my nails off. :))

I tried the manual lifting massage program and loved it! It was so relaxing and perfect for someone who needs to get ready for an event quickly. My face felt firmer after the treatment, but there were no red marks or scars. No downtime was needed; I could apply makeup right away. It was amazing! 🥰 …
