The project provides services for dependent groups and convalescent patients of all ages, all under the care of a team of doctors and nurses from Vimut Hospital. Cenera Senior Wellness and Cenera Vimut Health align with Thailand's entry into an aging society. They are another option for those living alone and families seeking accommodation with a healthcare assistant, along with daily activities, convalescent accommodations, and continuous physical therapy, all in a safe environment. Over 60% of the project area is covered by green space, situated on a 10-rai area near Jas Green Village Khubon shopping center.

This is a great place for the elderly and recovering patients. The nurses and staff are lovely, attentive, and friendly, making you feel like family. The location is also convenient, with a shopping mall and hotel in the same area.

The room was spotlessly clean. The surrounding facilities, including the swimming pool, were excellent for swimming. The room was spacious and comfortable. There were many restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. The best hotel I've ever stayed in.

My father stayed here and received excellent care. The accommodation was clean, safe, and reasonably priced. There were activities to keep him entertained, such as a fitness center and swimming pool. The staff were very friendly.
