I called to book a massage for 2:30 PM. The shop said there was one therapist available, named Mui. I arrived 10 minutes early. The shop asked if I could reschedule to 3:00 PM. I explained that I had an errand and couldn't reschedule. I also asked why the therapist I had booked wasn't available. They said another customer had booked the therapist directly, and the therapist had only just informed them. I asked why they didn't call me back sooner if the therapist wasn't available. The only response I got was, "If you want a massage, you have to wait, or try again next time." It was a waste of time and very disappointing.

Service used on August 14, 2023, at 1:00 PM. 2 hours. There weren't enough masseurs, so we called for an additional one. However, the masseur wasn't strong enough. We asked for more pressure, but she said she couldn't massage that hard. I went in with tense muscles and left feeling stiff and choked. I wouldn't recommend this branch.

I messaged them and they only gave short, one-word answers without providing any further details. Terrible service.

It's a massage, actually.

The staff are lovely and hardworking. You won't be disappointed coming here. The only downside to this branch is that the PR staff don't seem very attentive or caring towards customers.
