The massage was painful, they didn't apply the right pressure, and they had long fingernails.

The masseuse was okay, but the service, the reception, and the cleanliness of the massage attire and blankets need serious improvement. The massage attire was extremely itchy, like there were insects or an allergic reaction. I was itchy the entire time during the massage and developed bumps all over my body. This time, I went with my boyfriend; we each had a 1.5-hour massage. Afterwards, my boyfriend said the masseuse was using her phone while massaging, stopping and starting repeatedly. He's certain she was just on her phone and not concentrating on the massage. Also, after the massage, there was water provided, but no staff member escorted the customers. All the staff rushed to pack up and tidy up the beds, ignoring the customers as if they were in a hurry to go home. What's strange is that we had to pay for the massage before it even started; normally, other places let you pay after the massage is finished.

Very good service. The massage room is beautiful. There is a private bathroom. The massage is good. Both Thai and aromatherapy.

The shop is clean, the massage therapists are skilled and give great massages, and most importantly, it smells amazing. I will definitely come back again.
