Good treatment

Today was my first time trying a hand and foot spa at this salon because my usual salon in Fashion Island was fully booked. The price was similar to my usual salon, so I expected the same standard of service. However, I was very disappointed. The hand spa therapist rushed through the treatment, lacked attention to detail, and showed little consideration for the customer's comfort. When working on my left hand, they didn't move to assist, instead forcing me to reach for the therapist sitting to my right – something that shouldn't happen at a salon charging this price. The foot spa therapist was better, but still only average, nothing outstanding. The most unacceptable thing was the equipment. The salon didn't use sterilized and newly packaged equipment in front of the customer like my usual salon. Instead, they used equipment from a tray shared with other customers. This made me unsure about the cleanliness and hygiene. For a salon charging this price, this is an area that urgently needs improvement. Also, the chairs weren't massage chairs, making the overall experience even less worth the price. In short, the price is similar to my usual salon, but the quality and service are vastly different. Would I return? The answer is "no." Even if my usual salon were fully booked, I would choose another one. Today's bill was 2,049 baht (hand spa, foot spa, gel nail polish for feet, and gel polish removal). Honestly, for this price, it's not worth it. The quality of the work, the service, and the cleanliness standards don't justify the cost. Also, the shop charges a 3% fee for credit card payments, so I had to transfer the money instead. Overall, there's nothing that makes me want to come back again. One time is enough.

I was quite disappointed with my experience. I paid 600 THB for a simple gel manicure but honestly, this is the kind of quality I could get at many BTS station nail shops for 250–300 THB. The gel application is too thick and uneven, making the nails look bulky rather than clean and polished. The nail lengths and shapes are also inconsistent. For the price charged, I expected much better attention to detail and finishing. It does not reflect the premium pricing. What I liked: * The social media manager was very responsive and provided excellent customer service. * There was a wide range of colors to choose from. * The location is convenient and easy to access. Unfortunately, while the customer service and convenience were great, the actual nail work did not justify the price. I hope the salon improves its quality control and consistency in the future.

I was very impressed! The shop is clean, the staff are meticulous and attentive. The result is beautiful and exactly like the reference picture.
