The clinic is good, the doctor is good, but what about the admin? Please pay a little more attention.

The clinic is beautiful, clean, and has great service. They have good orthodontic promotions, including student deals. Tooth extractions and fillings are reasonably priced. Oral cleaning is 10% off. It's incredibly good value! I highly recommend their services.

The appointment was scheduled for 11 AM, but it's already noon and they haven't started working yet. The initial appointment was in the afternoon; they called at 11 AM, but even after waiting until noon, they still haven't called me in to begin.

I went to get my wisdom teeth extracted, but it felt like I was confronted with a salesperson trying to sell me a package deal. The doctor rushed me into deciding to have all four extracted at once, saying that if I didn't do it today, I'd have to pay extra for X-rays and other things next time. In the end, I only had two extracted, but the price was steep! The hard-selling was so intense I was confused whether it was a dental clinic or a booth selling treatment packages at Big C.
