I would highly recommend this hair salon. The service is of high quality. The hairdressers cut beautifully also. This is the best colour and haircut I have ever had! Absolutely excellent!!!

I used their services three times in total. Each time I thought it would be better than the last, but in conclusion, there won't be a fourth time. First time: Straighten the roots and curl the ends. The stylist said they used a special technique, like rollers to lock the front hair in place to give it a Korean girl look. The result: The front hair wasn't straight, it was still wavy, like it hadn't been straightened at all. Second time: Cut + color. The stylist looked unhappy and stopped smiling the moment I mentioned a darker color. The hair was cut in one swift motion, really just one swift motion, with no further detailing. The front hair was cut straight, without any finishing touches, like when I secretly cut my own bangs as a kid. Third time: Straighten the roots. The stylist looked unhappy again, and spoke as if unwilling to do it. And most importantly, the roots of my hair broke off!! Half my head!! Each of the three times, the stylist was different. I went each time thinking that changing stylists would mean there would be someone who did a good job, but each time it was a different stylist, and the results were never good. There probably won't be a fourth time. However, one thing that was always good was the assistant stylist. The person wearing the black apron was always polite and helpful.

The hairdresser was great, and the person who washed my hair gave a good massage; it was very relaxing. I will definitely come back again!

I made a reservation and arrived on time. The shampoo process was completed within a few minutes, but I was left sitting with wet hair in the cold aircon room for more than 15 minutes before anyone attended to me. I had to take the initiative to ask the hairstylist ( I didn’t mention who, so then it must be easier to find someone else) to start the haircut. While other clients were served water bottles, I had to request one myself during the long wait. Overall, the experience was inconvenient and quite disappointing. I attached their replies as well.
