AS CARE DETAILING SPA & WASH

It's clean, but the service is very slow because the restaurant is too understaffed.

4/2/67 16:34 hrs. I called the shop to ask what time they closed and if I could still use their services, as it was a Sunday and I was worried about long queues and that they wouldn't make it before closing time. The person on the other end said they were still taking bookings and I could come in. 16:40 hrs. I arrived at the shop. The male staff member said they had stopped taking bookings and I couldn't make it in time. I explained that I had called to inquire and they had given me permission to come in. The staff member said that no one had coordinated with them and that normally they would be notified via LINE. I said that was okay, but I felt like I was wasting time because the shop is in an alley and I had to drive around to get in. I tried to drive out, but there was a car waiting to be washed blocking the way. I asked the staff member if they could move that car, as I couldn't get out. The staff member replied, "Could you just back out completely?" If anyone has used their services before, they'll know the entrance to the shop is a steep slope, making it difficult to back out. This made me feel even worse. 1. There was a lack of coordination despite the fact that it took less than 10 minutes from the time I called to inquire until I arrived at the shop. 2. There was a complete lack of service mind. Please have the relevant department address this issue. I usually use their services often because it's close to home, but after today's incident, I will have to reconsider my experience.

Excellent car wash at a low price. The best in this area. The washers have a genuine feeling of ownership of the car, paying attention to every detail. They wipe it until it's spotless.

The car wash was incredibly thorough and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!
