I had a frozen shoulder for 4-5 months after getting a massage to relieve the pain...it was extremely difficult to lift my arm...My niece took me to try "Tok Sen" (a traditional Thai massage technique) because her husband also recovered from a frozen hip after having it done by the master here...It's a bit expensive, 500 baht/hour, but the pain disappeared in three days.
