Getting inside is extremely difficult; the road is very narrow and located at a sharp bend in the road. Anyone planning to come needs to check the entrance carefully.
Good location, convenient access to the main road, but traffic and airplane noise is quite loud. Water and electricity meters are close to actual usage.
They took all the security deposit. Old air conditioners are very expensive and consume a lot of electricity. Don't even think about buying one.
