Let's Relax Spa

This was my second time using their 2-hour Thai massage service. My first experience was very impressive, so I decided to return, expecting a similarly positive experience. However, today (July 31st, 2026) at 4:30 PM, I booked a 2-hour Thai massage for the second time, and the experience was very different. I was not impressed with the service at all. I requested a strong pressure massage, but this time there was a significant amount of elbow pressure, causing pain during the massage. Even the hand massage felt painful in the areas being massaged, which was not the relaxing feeling expected from a typical Thai massage. Furthermore, the massage lacked continuity and a clear sequence of steps compared to my first experience. I later provided feedback to the reception desk and was informed that the shop would inform the staff to improve the service. The shop is located near my accommodation and is relatively expensive compared to other massage shops in the area. Therefore, I expected a high standard of service and experience commensurate with the price paid, especially regarding attentiveness, choice of massage techniques and pressure, and consideration of each client's needs and feelings. I hope the shop will take this feedback seriously and improve its service standards. I would appreciate any feedback or suggestions from the shop regarding this experience.

Based on my personal experience, I received service from an older massage therapist. I felt the massage quality was substandard, and the communication during the service was unfriendly. The therapist boasted about her extensive experience working at many branches since the past, which didn't improve the service at all.

The ambience is lovely with nice touches everywhere - music, lighting, smells and drinks before and after. Me and my partner both had the dream package. It was nice but i would have rated it much more highly if they’d actually focused on the focus areas highlighted in the pre-questionnaire. I’d really wanted (and asked for) focus on my neck and shoulders and between them they had about 10minutes (out of 90mins) so I was a bit dissatisfied after unfortunately 😕

My first time using their service, and the massage was excellent. They hit the right spots, the shop was clean, and the service was outstanding. All the staff were attentive to customers. I will definitely recommend them and come back again. ☺️

Amazing nice place close to the airport

This is one of my best Let's Relax spa experiences! I've been to most branches in Bangkok, and even though this one is tiny, it's high-quality and perfect before you board a long flight! Special mention to my masseuse, Palita, wow - she is so good at her craft - knew exactly the right spots, firm, kind and professional - she gave one of the best massages I've ever had! I had the 90min Dream Package - highly recommended.

Honestly this is the best massage I’ve ever purchased, while on a 7 hour layover before my next flight this was the perfect break from travel, I’ve never felt more relaxed. Would highly recommend.

I've been to several Let's Relax branches in different provinces, but this one is the worst. The reception staff and scheduling were terrible. They called frequently and kept rescheduling. When I finally arrived, the massage therapist had to rush to finish the service on time. They ran out of the lotion I chose, and it took a very long time to get it out. The place didn't seem cramped, but the atmosphere was more stifling and gloomy than other branches. There was constant noise from people doing unknown things, and it felt chaotic. I had a very unpleasant experience at this branch; one visit is enough.
