As soon as they start spraying the cold water/ cleaner on your feet you know it’s not going to be a good experience! Very expensive foot massage, and we thought it was going to be an extraordinary masseuse but that was far from it! Wish I had read these reviews first. I asked the lady from the beginning to please only rub under my feet and back of my calves, not ontop (as it’s quite tender). Well I had to stop her 5 or 6 times when she automatically started grinding the tops of my feet and it hurt. Then she would speak Thai to the other staff and they would all laugh. No skill at all, I could not relax with the massage, she would rub and poke at each toe, do very strange rubbing and include her nails as if scratching would feel good?! Then out came the stick thing which again, was rubbed around at random. Seemed like just something to waste time to make up the hour. We had numerous massages throughout our 9 days in Thailand and never had an experience this bad! It was actually terrible! To top it off they wouldn’t open the door to let us out, stood there asking for a tip first. So we rolled the door open ourselves. Tips are for amazing service and we usually tip after a massage, but refused here, just could not justify the terrible service. Avoid this place completely!

Got a 30-minute neck & shoulder massage at 720 THB, which is ~4x the price you would find in the city. Was reluctant based on the reviews but I was desperate because my neck was extremely stiff. I was lucky as my masseuse was very committed in getting rid of the knots out of my neck. She was very pleasant, didn't request for tips, very nicely showed me my way out - but can tell she was a rare case.

One of the worst massage. They just keep sliding their hand on my leg, trying to cheat the customer. Massage should bare minimum press. I close my eyes but not sleeping, each time I open she press. When I close my eyes, she just slide her hand on my leg. Then she past a lot of insulting remarks that I'm a boy when I'm a grown man. When I confronted her and ask her at least press a bit, then she said okay she will do. I told her massage must at least press not keep sliding is not massage. Like trying to slide oil or tickle my legs. It's a waste of money They should learn to respect the customer. I told the lady at the counter, but she can't be bothered. Dosent matter if customer is tourist or not Thai, just respect and just do the work properly. Don't hurt the customer.

After reading poor reviews I was hesitant but gave it a shot since I had 6hrs to kill during a layover. 90mins Thai massage. Pricey for sure for Thai standard but still cheaper than going back home in Europe. Long story short, my experience was superb in contrast to many of the reviews. The massage was one of the best I’ve received. Lot PDX strength and spot on with the knots and pain points. And I’ve done massages in China, Thailand, Japan etc… at least 50 times so I’ve had my good share of comparable massages. Name of masseuse was Lin. She didn’t speak much English but she was very polite.

I have been supporting this massage shop for the past 3 years, but unfortunately my recent experience made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe as a female customer. On 17 May at 3:50 PM, I attended a Thai massage session where customers are required to change clothes before and after the treatment. While I was changing, a female staff member suddenly walked into my room together with a male customer without any warning. She looked directly at me and walked out without apologising. I then tried to call out to ask whether anyone would enter the room again, but I was ignored. A few moments later, while I was changing again, the same staff member entered the room once more without knocking, warning, or giving any signal. This was extremely inappropriate and made me feel very unsafe and disrespected. The room was only separated by curtains, which made the situation even worse for privacy and safety. I would like to mention that my massage therapist was kind and professional, and she tried her best to check whether anyone would enter the room again. However, I already reported this issue directly to the shop and received no response or apology at all. The lack of action and concern regarding female customer safety is very disappointing.

I had the worst massage experience of my life!!! The staff was very rude and lacked any skill. I did not feel relaxed at all. I explicitly asked for a less intense massage, but the pressure remained the same, which was disappointing. Please avoid here at all costs.

ZERO STAR FOR SURE !!! I came to this massage place at the airport while waiting for my boarding time, thinking a 45-minute massage would help me relax before my flight. Unfortunately, it turned into a very unpleasant experience. At first, the masseur used almost no strength at all. I politely requested him to massage a bit harder. Instead of adjusting professionally, he suddenly stood up and applied excessive force, causing a loud cracking sound on my leg. The pressure became unbearable. I repeatedly asked him to be gentler, but he completely ignored my requests and continued using very strong force until I had to physically pull my leg back. After that, his attitude changed completely. He gave me a very unhappy expression and started speaking in Thai, clearly complaining about me asking for harder pressure earlier. He kept talking until I asked him what he was saying. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected as a customer. Then, out of what felt like spite, he switched to overly gentle movements, applying almost no pressure at all—clearly on purpose—making the rest of the massage meaningless. There was no professionalism, no communication, and no respect for customer comfort or safety. I left feeling angry, disappointed, and stressed instead of relaxed. Massage therapists should listen to their clients and adjust properly—not retaliate emotionally or physically. Given this experience and the overall poor reviews I later noticed, I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone, especially travelers looking for a quick and safe massage before a flight.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We had some time to kill after a delayed flight, and since I’ve stopped by here in the past for a massage that was actually wonderful, I thought I’d try again. What a mistake—this time was a complete …

If I could give them a zero star, I would’ve. This is the worst place in the entire country of Thailand. Staff has no idea what they are doing, my body is so sore and I am in more pain and the entire point of the massage was for me to feel relaxed. I do not recommend, please do not waste your money here. I was feeling better before the massage and now it’s just terrible for me.

Shoulder and food massage were very relaxing. The therapist knew the points to hit. The sofas were recliners and very cozy environment. The staff was extremely professional. Heads up! They do not accept american express. Ali pay for some reason also did not work. After trying for my master card, the success was with visa card.
