Relax Home Massage

I've been a regular customer here for many years. The massage is excellent, the masseuses are attentive and provide great service. The shop is very clean. The admin is lovely, responds quickly, speaks politely, and provides excellent service. I'm very impressed.

I've been there for massages several times. The massage therapists are excellent, and the shop is clean and well-maintained. However, on my most recent booking through LINE, the admin confirmed my available time, but they prioritized walk-in customers. What's the point of booking through LINE then? Do they think they have too many customers and don't care about those who booked in advance? Customers choose your shop, and if you choose the customers, that's fine. If you don't choose us, we can go to another massage shop.

I'm disappointed.

I'm extremely bruised. My whole back is sore. They only massaged my shoulders and back, and it was incredibly painful. It felt more like an oil massage; they didn't massage my head at all, even though I specifically requested a head massage. They only did a light circular motion on my temples. Even a hair salon gives a better head massage during hair washing. It's 11 PM now, and I'm still sore, even more so than before the massage. During the massage, another staff member was outside playing TikTok loudly, making it impossible to relax. And the masseuse kept getting calls on her phone with the sound muted, causing the floor to vibrate. It was really not okay. The shop looks nice, but the quality of the massage is the complete opposite. I've had massages at many places, but never felt this disappointed. A complete waste of money.

Great! My pain has improved so much! I really liked the friendly staff, the shop is beautiful, and the atmosphere is relaxing. This is my second visit!
