We went three times. The first time, the aromatherapy massage was excellent. The second time, they changed masseurs for the Thai oil massage, and it was terrible. They used their elbows the whole time instead of their fingers, constantly making us change positions, and used very little oil, mostly balm. It was a huge disappointment. We had to go back to the first masseur on the third visit to get a decent massage. In short, the masseurs at this shop aren't all the same standard; some are good, some aren't.

I went around 7 PM on a weekday. The staff weren't very pleasant to speak to. I didn't make a fuss, but they massaged my thighs with a pressure point that was very painful. They told me not to tense my feet, and I didn't. They also had a displeased expression on their face.

Completely unprofessional. I called to schedule an appointment but they didn't know what to do and had to hang up to check. I think the person who answered the phone wasn't at the front desk. They brought a welcome drink but I didn't even get a chance to drink it before they called me into the room. Instead of letting me choose the aromatherapy scent while I was sitting outside, they made me choose while I was lying face down on the massage bed. The worst part was that they answered the phone just before the massage was about to start to attend to another client, then asked to switch me to a different client. The issue isn't about who should be the masseuse, but how they manage the massage schedule! Changing clients back and forth like this, are they playing games? I was suspicious of the 1-star reviews from other clients, but I never thought it would happen to me. See for yourselves; many people might not have experienced what I did.

The room wasn't ready, they shouldn't have accepted the customer. I wanted a scrub and aromatherapy massage, but they made me use a Thai massage room with only a curtain separating us. There was no privacy. The room was unprepared, there was no place to put my belongings, and no shower. I was covered in scrub, dead skin, and oil for 2 hours without any blankets or sheets being changed. The aromatherapy massage alone was tolerable, but the scrub was unacceptable. The shop should have informed the customer before the service, not let them in without any explanation. It wasn't worth the money.

Clean, and the massage was excellent.

All the masseuses are great. The shop smells relaxing, it's clean, and it's worth the visit.
