But in the end, I decided on the 3-day postpartum confinement course with Doctor Oum. I felt it was very worthwhile and worth the price. My neck, shoulders, and back pain from carrying my baby were greatly relieved after the massage. The breast milk duct opening massage included in the course was also very good. After doing it, along with the herbal steam bath, my breasts felt clearer and my milk flow improved significantly. The staff at the counter were also very kind and lovely.
