Is this what you'd call a masseuse? It's like being massaged by someone who just learned how to massage yesterday. Was it a massage or just pinching? I'm baffled. I used to love massages here. But this new group of masseuses (2026) are absolutely terrible and incompetent. I'd give them less than one star if I could. How can the shop survive with such inexperienced masseuses?

Is there a negative rating? At 8:00 PM, I went to Branch 1. This time, I was very disappointed. I intended to get an aromatherapy massage, but the massage therapist provided substandard service. 1. The equipment was not properly prepared, and customers had to request underwear. 2. During the massage, there was a time when she was on her phone, so customers had to keep tense up. 3. The massage became more intense, tense, and unrelaxing. I felt even more stressed after the massage. 4. The pressure applied was not like a trained masseuse's. It was light, like a rub, and heavy, painful, but not relaxing. 5. Now, upon leaving the shop, I have a headache and gas. 6. I asked to change therapists, but they said they were no longer available. 7. I had to end the massage because continuing the massage could be harmful to my health. 8. The price was 1,100 baht, and I had gas in my stomach and went home with a migraine. 9. The therapist didn't provide any privacy while changing clothes. Please excuse me. I really didn't want to pay at all. I was so disappointed with the service.

The shop is clean and spacious, not cramped. However, I wish they would train their massage therapists to be more skilled. Normally, a one-hour massage goes by very quickly, but here I sat for an hour waiting for it to be over. Sitting there gave me a headache. Please be patient; I'm speaking to them gradually. It's not that the therapist isn't skilled in Thai massage or foot massage, but it's like they have no experience at all. Their pressure and ability to find the right pressure points were lacking. It was like they were treating the customers like guinea pigs, and I wasted 250 baht per hour. I wish they would train their therapists properly before serving customers.

I called to book for three people. The person who answered the phone said the doctor was available. However, when I was almost at the clinic, they called to say only two people were available. They didn't check the schedule before booking, which wasted my time and caused frustration.

I have a regular massage therapist who arrives on time. However, upon arrival, she said the person I scheduled was working, lying to the customer and rushing them out, just to get paid. It's terrible. I've had massages from other therapists before and wasn't satisfied with any of them.

The massage is excellent. I've been many times and don't even need to choose a masseuse; they're all great. The rooms are divided into zones for Thai massage (1 hour 200 baht), foot massage (1 hour 250 baht), oil massage, and aromatherapy massage (1 hour 350 baht). It's clean and they have a loyalty points program via Line, which is very easy and convenient.
