I've passed by this place.
Unwelcoming. Receptionist couldn’t smile. My masseuse was ok and spoke some English but when my massage was finished she did not walk me downstairs or say goodbye . I won’t be back. There was no one at reception at all when l left.
The massage itself is good, but the masseuses are too pushy, trying to force you to buy the extra package: 500 baht for a basic massage and an additional 2,000 baht for a full-service massage. That's unacceptable. I wish the shop would instill a sense of professionalism in its staff. Some people go there because they're in pain and aches, because the shop looks fancy and inviting, but the reality is quite different.
Clean, welcoming, the massage therapists are good and professional. I've been there many times.
