Tinidee Golf Resort Phuket

Been coming here for how many years. I love it. Far from busy beachside. But there’s always grab car when you want to go anywhere just download the app on your phone. The staff are very friendly. I can understand language is a problem but google translate works 😅. Grab food delivery also works. 2 golf courses this area. Red Mountain has a stunning view. There is a swimming pool and gym and plenty of good restaurants nearby. There’s Villa and houses inside so people at the gym is not always from hotel itself. I feel safe here. You can also walk outside there’s plenty of bar and restaurants or 7 eleven.I absolutely recommend this place.

Beautiful area surrounded by nature, however located slightly further away from shops and touristy places. The staff was nice to us, but there was a visible language barrier and they struggle to understand us sometimes. At the end of our stay we ordered dinner at the pool which was a Thai basil fried rice with chicken and both me and my partner got severe food poisining from this meal. Our stomach was irritated for 2 weeks after. So I’d recommend to be careful with eating at the hotel restaurant. We also tried the American breakfast and that was fine. But the food posining ruined our experience at this resort.

Biggest perk was golf discount at Loch Palm and Red Mountain as a guest at Tinidee. Building 2 first level rooms smelled like mold. Golf suite balcony was covered with rat shit evey morning. In general the walls are thin and you are screwed if you get noisy neighbors. Staff were generally kind and helful but there were a few that had bad attitudes (rolling eyes when you were slow on picking drinks etc). I have noticed the great hospitality for tourists that Thai people used to have is fading.

Everything fantastic apart from the internet. You cannot consistently use it, it is very frustrating and always has been for the 9 years I’ve being staying here. The only thing that lets this place down.

I had an amazing stay at Tinidee Golf Resort at One 1 Golf Club, Phuket! We reserved a two-bedroom suite for our family, and it was perfect — spacious, well-maintained, and offering the ideal blend of comfort and elegance. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay seamless. The private pool and jacuzzi were absolutely incredible! A special mention goes to the breakfast by the golf course — fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Surrounded by the peaceful greenery of the golf course, this resort is a true haven for relaxation and leisure. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and serene getaway in Phuket.

This is more a public place with no supervision than a hotel with specific services. My family got yelled at by a stranger in the gym for no reason and front desk staff who have no English speaking knowledge told me that the person was a daily visitor and they didn’t have any info of that person. They show zero interest to help you. They sell everything which is complimentary in any hotel with tripled price on it. Internet disconnects every minute.Customer service is like a joke. As a hotel to stay, this place doesn’t deserve to be called a hotel let alone giving a single star to this mess.

The place is great, but the rooms are pretty old and a bit run-down. The air conditioner seems to be an older model and has a noticeable mold smell.

It a nice place to stay if you choose A1 or A2. Peaceful and quiet. Most of the staff is very friendly. Wifi could be improved.

Awful experience — never again! Our stay was terrible. None of the staff spoke a single word of English, and they were completely irresponsible. They did absolutely nothing about our complaint — one guy even yelled at and harassed me, and the front desk didn’t seem to care at all or have any information about him! The internet was awful and kept disconnecting all the time. The location was also terrible — far from everything in Phuket and nowhere near any attractions. Even the breakfast was a disappointment. The menu was extremely poor, and they even charged extra for a simple piece of toast! The staff’s behavior was rude and unprofessional. This hotel doesn’t deserve to be called a 4-star place. Definitely not recommended at all!
