I have both compliments and criticisms. The welcome was good, and the massage was good. However, it would be better if clients were asked for details about their preferred pressure levels. From our experience at many places, what we want when we come for a massage is relaxation. We prefer a quiet place where staff speak in soft whispers, even to clients. This lets clients know that noise is not expected and that they should behave appropriately. Everyone can relax and even fall asleep during the massage. There's no noise from chairs being dragged, any kind of organization causing noise, staff chatter, doors opening and closing, or even impolite conversations among clients, phone calls, or chat notifications. All of that happens here. We want to support this place because it's close to home, but my boyfriend, who came with me, might not come again. Even if it were further away, he would choose a place that's better.

We had been visiting HARU for 3 times during our trip to Phuket, and all 3 times are perfectly good experiences. We have a kid along with us but the team also welcome our kid and we probably will come back if we visit Phuket again!

Best massage ever! It was by far the best of the four massages I received in Phuket. Since I had an evening flight, I checked out of the hotel, went to Robinson Mall for lunch, bought souvenirs at Tops, and then got a massage at Haru Massage. The facilities were very clean, and the quality of the massage was excellent! I highly recommend the Herbal Ball Massage (90 minutes, 900 baht) that I received to ladies!

I've been here three or four times already. The massage is great, the place is clean, and smells wonderful. It's conveniently located. It's best to call and book in advance, but walk-ins are also welcome. Highly recommended! The shop smells nice and is nice and quiet.
