Thai Secret Massage

I chose randomly this massage shop cause I saw it was quiet and not many people. The price is normal and very okay compared to other shops in the same area. However, I’m not satisfied with how massage lady did aroma massage for me. She just like squeezed my skin over and over, not really did much massage. Also when she squeezed my neck, I don’t understand why she needed to be so hard. Owner should inform massage lady to not go hard on clients’ neck since it’s very sensitive part. I felt so hurt and couldn’t close my eyes whole time during session. Probably this shop may provide other better massage option but for me one time is enough. I rarely give bad review on google if it’s not too bad really. Anyway I hope u take this comment and improve more to make sure your massage lady is professional enough.

Amazing massage experience, impresses me each visit with dedicated staff especially Aiiz and Kul - super nice ladies with passion to serve customers well n with utmost care :) must say one of the fantastic massages by far in my umpteenth visits to Phuket :) Kudos to the team :) thanks again

I’ve been coming back to this place several times during my stay in Phuket, and it has quickly become my favorite spot for a foot massage after intense Muay Thai training sessions. The staff is kind, professional, and they really know how to work on tired legs and sore feet. The atmosphere is calm and clean. Each massage left me feeling refreshed, with better circulation and less muscle tension. Prices are very reasonable too, especially considering the quality of the massage. Highly recommended for any fighters, athletes, or just anyone looking to treat themselves to some well-deserved recovery!

I had massage here twice, did not book in advance but somehow I got same therapist, her name is Mod. First time Thai oil and second time Thai 90 mins, I would say it worth my money as a local good price (normal local market price ) but slightly better than I expected. The room divided much better than other local that I have been, therapist u can tell her if u want stronger or softer pressure, doesn’t leave any bruises or pain in the next day. I surly will be regular guest here.

Honestly it was the best thai massage ever! Cheun, the owner of Thai Secret Massage, and her team are real professionals! Deep pressure, relaxing music and calming atmosphere! I loved it❤️ Everything was clean and beautiful. Price is really good. Highly recommend!

As the name suggests, everything’s a secret, even if there are no available masseuses when you had made an advanced booking. The owner lied that there were enough masseuses, and I went ahead to make an advanced booking for a group of 7 at 4.30pm. Owner said appointment was confirmed. When we arrived, most of the group was ushered to their massage for 1.5 hours. I was told to wait awhile. Waited for 15 minutes and asked owner when I could start my massage. She told me to wait for another 15 mins. After waiting for 30 minutes, there was still no available masseuse. Eventually, I waited for 40 mins and had to ask owner when I could start my massage, since I came in a group and everyone else had started their massage long ago. The owner did not even bother or even have the decency to let me know that there was no available masseuse until I pressed her for an answer. Can you imagine the rest of the group waiting 40 mins for you? That will be a waste of everyone’s time, simply because the owner had kept the masseuse’s unavailability as a secret. Had no choice to cancel my massage at the last minute. Only come here at your own risk if you want to be left disappointed and waiting around, even though you have made an appointment in advance.

It’s an amazing massage experience! We did a 2 hour Thai massage. The therapists are nice and professional. A lovely little shop, not luxury, but cozy and clean, very good for money. The owner came to pick us up, with very reasonable additional cost. We will come again if schedule allows.

It is an amazing place and great experience! I visited a couple of times and had very good and professional massages. One occasion was less fortunate and I mentioned to the owner that the treatment by one of the therapist was a bit less than satisfactory. She was very touched by that and offered a proper solution to redeem the situation. The owner is also an amazing person, very friendly with loads of energy and probably the best (or one of the best) masseurs/ therapist you can find in Phuket or even the whole Thailand. Wonderful massage, good clean environment, skilled therapists. My wife and I have had 3 massages here and they were all very good. The therapists were very kind and asked us if they could adjust the pressure. The owner is very lovely and hospitable. You can’t go wrong with this little shop!

My wife and I went there for oil massage and were very happy with the cleanliness (my wife is a neat freak and has allergies to dust -- so she is super sensitive to her environment). We both got really good massages and were thankfully able to extend to two hour sessions. The owner is an excellent host and was super helpful on the phone when we were booking and was super welcoming when we arrived. We already have an appointment to return!
