Good & Productive, will go again next time

I'm a mother of two and have been studying with the instructor for two years. I'm very impressed with how dedicated she is to solving my problems. I had right hip pain, and she focused on stretching throughout the course (she has me do both yoga and Pilates). My daily life has improved significantly, and I've even performed better in other sports. Plus, I haven't had any migraines since starting the course. I don't like slow learning; I prefer to sweat and build strength, and she tailored the classes to my needs. Now, I can't live without yoga! 😁

Teacher Nam is an excellent teacher. She's a yoga instructor who also studied anatomy. She addresses muscle groups one by one, tailored to each student's individual needs. Importantly, she's serious about not pushing one's body too hard, and I've never been injured during my training 🫶🏻 I've been studying here continuously for a year and a half. My office syndrome has improved significantly, and I've gained both strength and flexibility. My life has gotten so much better! I highly recommend her ❤️❤️❤️

I brought my mom to her first yoga class. Instructor Nam was very detailed, attentive, and lovely.💓💓 The place was clean, spacious, and comfortable with a great, private atmosphere. All the equipment was provided; we just came as we were ready to go! 💪 My mom loved it and has already signed up as a regular student for Instructor Nam's private classes.🌟 Really nice studio to learn yoga!! It's a spacious and clean yoga studio with white walls. The weather is especially nice during the winter, and you can enjoy the birdsong while practicing. All the teachers are certified yoga instructors and are excellent instructors. They teach the poses very well. They are all skilled and kind.

I recommend Private Classes at Smile Yoga! The instructors are kind and attentive to detail, making the practice fun and beneficial for both health and enjoyment. The studio is clean, well-equipped, and the atmosphere is spacious and comfortable. I suggest calling to inquire and book a class with the instructor.
