Bloom Nail Spa & Eyelash @ ONE BANGKOK

I wish I had seen all these reviews before visiting this place. I was massively disappointed total waste of time and money. Please go somewhere else in Bangkok with better prices. Don't waste your time here. I've never left a Google review before, even after bad experiences, because I understand everyone has off days. But guess enough people have had the same experience worth speaking up. - My nails were almost bleeding. The nail tech cut my skin on the exact finger I warned beforehand. - When I pulled my hand away in pain, she didn't say a word, didn't even seem to realize it hurt. So I ended up trimming my own nails and just letting her file the edges. - There was clearly a communication problem. Even though I stayed patient and tried my best to get my point across, the nail tech responded by speaking in her local dialect at me, then just walked out while still mid-appointment. - My nail design wasn't complicated. just wanted to try a few colors to match the ref picture I want before deciding. But I kept getting "no," "can't do it," and then bring out colors I never asked for, in a design I never agreed to. - Meanwhile, the other technician was clearly capable of doing it but just refused. By then it was almost 8:30 PM. I decided to stop, skip the design entirely, just get the base color done, I just want to get out asap. In the end, I paid full price, to sit there in pain, cut my own nails, end up with a look I never agreed to, and deal with awful service for 3 hours straight. If you want a nail salon that actually gives you personal, attentive service, there are plenty of better places in Bangkok. Pls Don't let this one disappoint you. Thank you.

In Summary: Clean, Skilled staffs, Relaxing environment, Hygiene, Valuable prices I visited here with my wife and 2 daughters, and we aimed to paint my wife and my daughters with green/red nails for their Christmas festival this year. We seriously concerned about hygienic equipments, but they were impressed us that they had nail tools sterilizer and always uses it for customer by customer. So, we decided to enjoy their services. Finally, my family were done with perfect nail color as we thought. Well Done! While I was thinking what to do during waiting for my wife and kids for around an hour, I got recommendation from my wife to try experiencing nail spa for the first time of my life as a man. After I experienced this service, I could not imagine this nail spa would give me relaxing moment as I felt from body massage. They also used "Footlogix" cares for the spa service, as my wife told me that these products were one of the quality products for foot spa. Really impressed and might think about repeating this service again. Anyway, if you are looking for the nail spa in One Bangkok, I would really recommend you to visit this store. With clean, hygiene, and relaxing environment, you will not regret to visit here.

It’s my second time having Medicure at Bloom. Service is very good, environment is clean and relax. Also, women who did my nail very nice and suggest which color is perfect fit for me. Would recommend this place if you wish to relax and reward yourself.

I had a great and pleasant mani & pedi spa experience at Bloom Nail’s newest outlet and the staff were meticulous and pleasant. They have a wide range of colours to choose from which definitely spoilt me rotten with choices. Can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back whenever I’m back in Bangkok. ☺️

Amazing service. So happy with my nails! I feel like the lady went above and beyond and was very attentive. It didn’t feel rushed and she took her time with the details which I feel is rare nowadays.

3 hours hard and super detailed work, i am super happy with the result. And i had also a super nice time sitting with this super professional (im ashamed i forgot your name :(). Speaks excellent english. 🩷 grateful for this experience.

A beautiful relaxing salon. I got a great regular pedicure but unfortunately the acrylic fill manicure turned out pretty thick and uneven. I definitely recommend for regular polish but not for acrylic.

I visited this place with my mom, and we both had a manicure and pedicure. The staff was professional and pleasant, and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful. The results are beautiful. Highly recommended!

My daughter and I were extremely impressed by the quality job the fine ladies at Bloom did doing pedicures on us. They were gentle and thorough. Now we have very happy feet :)
