I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic and feel it’s important to warn others. The pricing is extremely misleading. The prices advertised online are very different from what you are actually charged in person. There also seems to be no consistent pricing structure—multiple different prices are quoted for the same treatments, and it is unclear what basis is used to determine the final cost. Overall, this appears to be a price-driven business rather than a patient-focused clinic, with emphasis on selling rather than care. I also question the authenticity of many of the positive reviews here… In my case, I paid for a full legs laser hair removal treatment, which was already expensive(6,500THB+). During the session, I asked if my feet could be done and was told “no problem,” with no mention of any extra charge. After the treatment, I was given a significantly higher bill just for that small area, which was never disclosed upfront They also advertised Alexandrite laser to me, but the treatment provided was diode laser Overall, I would strongly advise others to be cautious and choose the clinic that care, not just sell.

I walked in out of curiosity to see if they could address my skin concerns and was given an immediate consultation and treatment. I was truly impressed by the level of efficiency and prompt care. Every time I’m in Thailand, I will be sure to come back. They are fantastic! 👌 …

tried to make an appointment at the clinic via Line, but the administrator was unable to make the appointment within 3 days. The administrator was unable to read more than one message in the chat, as when I specifically requested "Botox and biorevitalization," they asked if I had a "package," then asked if I had visited their clinic, and finally suggested that I can ask questions. Unfortunately, I was unable to make the appointment

I just had my PICO laser lip treatment done a few hours ago and everything went really well. The staff who took care of me was super nice, friendly, and very accommodating. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The clinic is clean and the facilities are really good. The procedure itself was quick—only about 2 minutes! There was a little bit of pain, but nothing too bad. So far, so good! Really happy with the service. 👍

I had a great experience at Apex clinic for underarm laser treatment. The staff were professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. The clinic was clean and well-maintained, and everything was explained clearly before the treatment began. It was a very easy and simple procedure and I noticed results even after the first session, and it was much less painful than I expected. Highly recommend if you're considering laser.
