Bad experience

The shop looked clean, which seemed nice. I only booked one session, but they immediately tried to sell me a second one. After we agreed, they started the treatment, but they still followed me into the spa room trying to sell me a second package. Sometimes I just want privacy; I want to relax and unwind, not have staff chatting and asking me intrusive questions about my work, income, or the shop's sales – it was very rude. Even after the spa treatment was finished and I was about to pay, they wouldn't stop trying to sell me a third package. They initially offered 20,000 baht, but this time they reduced it to 10,000 baht and offered installment payments. When I refused, they said, "This price won't be available next time. Next time it will be the full price. Once you leave, you won't get this price anymore. You either pay in full or you won't come back." That was it; I didn't leave after their second sales pitch in the spa room. It was annoying. The therapist also had long nails; they were digging into my skin and bumping into my watch. She didn't take off her watch during the spa session, and it took a while before she finally removed it, ruining the experience. As for the spa and scrub itself, it was just average. I didn't feel it was any better than other places. The price for this type of scrub isn't reasonable.

The service is very superb and the staff are really good with what they do. Khun Gina is really friendly and welcoming as well.

The staff were annoyingly pushy, constantly trying to get me to buy packages even after I refused. The staff looked like they weren't using any skincare products, trying to get me to buy a treatment package. The clinic was clean, but they weren't punctual with their clients.

The service from the staff was excellent; they were attentive to every detail and recommended courses based on our needs.

The prices are very high. Just a scrub costs a lot! Not worth it at all.

Clean, good service, but not really worth the money.

Terrible clinic, extremely expensive. I will never go again. I had Botox injections for 22,000 baht, and it was only 100 units of Korean brand. They're really ripping me off.

The place is clean and all the staff are lovely.
